As they say, the grass is after all always greener on the other side especially if you don't have to do the mowing, this applies to our belly as well. being north Indian we love south Indian delights even if you do not, I do. Keeping that in mind if you are looking for authentic south Indian cuisine in Lucknow you must try SOUTH INDIAN TAMIL NADU DOSA, particularly for its dosa and idli. 

Pro tip its paneer butter masala dosa is by far the best I had in Lucknow. back in college days, it was our go-to dining destination whenever we thought we deserved a special treat and that was quite often. 

The shop is owned and entirely run by south Indian people. they speak fluent Tamil and a bit of Hindi enough to understand and take your orders.

It's not a five-star restaurant or some posh cuisine center but a tiny outlet very popular among food lovers. you may reach here from all the major spots you know in Lucknow.

from Alambagh - Ask for powerhouse chauraha and from there on asking someone about the location of Archies store, it's just near it 

from Charbagh - ask for Bangla Bazar and from there just follow google it's nearby.

from Bangla Bazar - google the name and it will lead you to the path of glory.

 And then there was the sign of early sun fading the mammoth unending dark black night. Although too early to say conclusively and perhaps momentarily but the plateauing of the covid curve in India is visible. The last couple of months in particular and the whole year, in general, have been such devastation. combined with the reoccurring mutations of covid has made us skeptical about hoping for anything better at least in near future. The current ebb in active covid cases should be a boost for us amid such horrendous circumstances but the periodicity of this pandemic makes that dubious. However, life goes on, despite losing close and dear ones life goes on... having said that the cases have dipped still the lockdowns are intact making going out or meeting anyone nearly impossible.
